Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.

The PCCI's SDG Committee is at the forefront of advocating for, promoting, and localizing the SDGs in alignment with the country's commitment under the Philippine Development Plan. It works in close collaboration with government agencies, private and state educational institutions, and international organizations and agencies in laying down the foundations of SDG consciousness in the business sector through its local chamber network to introduce tangible interventions through programs and projects in the grassroots level.
