PCCI-DOST Partnership

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) during the 1st General Membership Meeting of PCCI held last 9 March 2023 at the Makati Diamond Residences in Makati City. The agreement intends to strengthen the existing partnership between the two parties by creating a PCCI-DOST Committee/Council to champion policies, advocacies, and programs for the MSMEs.

The MOU was signed by PCCI president George T. Barcelon and DOST secretary Renato U. Solidum Jr. and witnessed by PCCI Vice President for Industry Ferdinand A. Ferrer, PCCI director for SME Apolinar E. Aure and DOST Undersecretary Maridon O. Sahagun.
