Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing between PCCI & Land Bank of the Philippines

IN PHOTOS: PCCI President Perry Ferrer and Land Bank of the Philippines President Lynette Ortiz sealed a landmark partnership to scale up support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the LIFTING MSMEs Lending Program, which provides access to financing, market linkages, and capacity building initiatives.

Mr. Ferrer welcomed the partnership, highlighting the importance of helping the 1.2 million MSMEs survive, grow, and expand into local and international markets.

Ms. Ortiz reaffirmed Land Bank’s commitment to MSMEs' growth through its various financing programs. She also shared the AGRISENSO Plus Lending and the Agri-Fishery Support through Capability Enhancement for Nationwide Development (ASCEND) Programs, which support farmers and fisherfolk through loan services, training, and supply chain integration.

PCCI Vice President for MSMEs Melanie C. Ng also reaffirmed PCCI’s commitment to lifting the growth of MSMEs in the Philippines in her welcoming remarks.

Under the agreement, the Land Bank will extend its various financial services and loan facilities to PCCI members and business enterprises. The program will be rolled out nationwide through the Land Banks branches and PCCI regional networks.
